Jeff Probst Tweeting During Survivor

Regardless of what you think of the reality show, Survivor, I thought Jeff Probst, the host and producer of the show, did a great job tweeting during the show.   It would be interesting to know if the exercise caused a spike in viewers.   It does seem to lessen the impact of the commercials, since you find yourself reading and contributing to the twitter stream during the breaks using @JeffProbst and #survivor.  I thought his comments did add to the viewing experience.   Also interesting is the fact that he did it twice, once for the east coast and once for the west coast.
